Desi Ghee Gond Laddu is a traditional Indian winter delicacy made with edible gum (gond), whole wheat flour, and pure desi ghee. These wholesome laddus are not only delicious but also packed with health benefits, making them especially popular during cold seasons and postpartum recovery.

The wheat flour is roasted in the same ghee until golden brown and aromatic. Once cooled slightly, roasted gond, chopped nuts like almonds and cashews, and cardamom powder are added. Finally, warm jaggery syrup (or powdered sugar) is mixed in to bind everything together, and the mixture is shaped into laddus.
